6 Week Yoga Challenge

Summary of challenge

This challenge is designed to get you familiar with yoga practices and principles. We will be focusing on the foundations of a regular yoga practice with three 2hr workshops with Ben included. Ben will work independently with students to help them set goals and learn the foundations for a life long yoga practice.

Our 6 Week Yoga and Fitness Challenge is to be advised. 

This Yoga Theory 6 week challenge gives you access to 

  • Fortnightly 2hr alignment and yoga foundations workshops (valued at $65 each) taking place on:
    • Workshop 1 (foundations of sun salutations – practice and theory)
    • Workshop 2 (back-bending, forward folds and twists – practice and theory)
    • Workshop 3 (strength, toning and advanced practice – practice and theory)
  • Unlimited access to Yoga Theory classes for 6 weeks 
  • Individualised goal-setting and weekly check-ins with Ben and progress
  • 1x private lesson with Ben

Your Trainer




  • Founder of Yoga Theory Pty. Ltd. and recent University of Adelaide Law Graduate; 
  • Practiced and taught yoga for over 5 years and worked with both Lululemon and Lorna Jane;
  • Passionate about helping others get the best results in yoga.

Course fees

  • $399 for 6 week course (free for members)
  • Direct debit of $69.95 per week for 6 weeks (includes admin fee of $20)
  • Current members can pause passes and memberships if they are taking the challenge
  • Workshops can be payed for and attended independently by others
