I would most certainly recommend Yoga Theory. I have been attending private lessons with yoga trainer Dan and have witnessed a vast improvement in my overall well-being. Ben is very passionate and hard working. I trained with him since I first started Uni in Adelaide. I was very nervous about practising yoga with a group of people but Ben built my confidence. He helped me train and motivated me to practise my handstands every day. I would highly recommend Ben’s yoga classes as he ensures that all who come to practise, leaves with a good knowledge of yogic postures and anatomy. I hope to come back to Adelaide soon for a great time on the mat!

Ben is a very professional and attentive yoga trainer. I was nervous about going to my first vinyasa class at Yoga Theory as I didn't know what vinyasa yoga was or if I would manage. Ben gave me lots of options and made me feel safe and comfortable. I look forward to training with him again!

Ben is very passionate about yoga and teaching. He managed to give several options for different levels of expertise in the same class. I highly recommend to try yoga with Ben.

Yoga Theory is the best yoga studio! Ben and Almendra are excellent instructors with an extensive knowledge of yoga. The small sized classes are a great feature of this studio as they allow for a high level of student-teacher interaction.

This is by far the best Yoga studio i have been to in Adelaide. Ben is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher and the small classes allow for great teacher/student interaction. Ben knows each and every student and tailors the classes to suit their needs and level. Fantastic location, friendly vibe and the memberships are great value.

Best Yoga studio in Adelaide. Located conveniently in Unley. Very reasonable rate. Ben is a fantastic Yoga teacher. He is patient, humble, and attentive to your needs. Will be going back regularly.

Relaxed atmosphere. Instructor has studied yoga in India and knows his stuff. Nice class.
